A sovereign cloud means you always decide where your data lives, who can access it and how you can change providers. We combine European providers, private cloud and Microsoft Azure into an architecture that fits your requirements.
In short: A sovereign cloud is a cloud environment in which a company controls at all times where its data is stored, who can access it and how it can switch provider.
Digital sovereignty in the cloud has three levels: data sovereignty (where is the data?), operational sovereignty (who runs it and has access?) and technological sovereignty (can you switch provider?). A sovereign cloud meets all three in a traceable way.
It is rarely either-or. Many companies run sensitive workloads with European providers or in their own private cloud and use Azure where features and scale matter. We assess each workload individually and document the decision.
After an inventory we classify your data and workloads, define target platforms and exit paths and implement the architecture as infrastructure as code. If you wish, we then run it from the EU.

Azure offers EU data centres and sovereignty features. Whether that is enough depends on your data and requirements; for very sensitive workloads we often recommend European providers or a private cloud.
