The program is designed for a period of 3 to 6 months. The upskilling phase of the program lasts between 1 and 3 months, depending on the maturity level of the company and the targets set in the assessment phase.

We have gained our practical experience in more than 15 years working for consulting companies. Since 2019, we have been operating our own video and event platform that meets the high demands of the automotive and insurance industries. The daily work between customers and our own platform teaches us the tools to pass on this knowledge
Online courses provide a good theoretical basis, but they are not suitable for imparting practical and experience-based knowledge. Our program consists of 50% theory and 50% practice. The practical part is worked on independently and leaves at least one working PoC that can be used internally
